Purchases & Refunds
If you have had trouble getting your transaction completed, it may be due to a credit card error. There are a few common problems that could be the culprit. First, make sure that your name and address are entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement, or the charge may be rejected. Next, please make sure you have correctly entered the expiration date and CVV code – this is a common cause of transaction failure.
If you are a customer located outside of the United States, your address will need to be entered in the standard format used in your country. This information can usually be found on each country's postal service website. Sometimes the locally-accepted form of an address does not match the official postal service version.
If all else fails, please contact us for help and we'll investigate within our system.
All Payments will be made via bank transfers. Our bank details will be contained in the Invoice sent to you for each course.
We operate a 30-day refund policy on cancellations and dissatisfactions. We value your relationship, we will be very sorry to see you go for any reason. If we can do anything to make it better, please let us know.
To get the 30-day money back guarantee for your paid accounting services, please email us on email@example.com. We cannot refund you until the email request is sent. And the email containing your order ID with the full details of the order purchased.Please note that our 30 day money back guarantee does not cover refunds on a course started already.
Cancellation Policies & Termination of ServicesStont Academy have a 30 day termination policy which must be submitted to us in writing or email. Note this:
- Your refund request must not exceed 3o-days from purchase date.
- Your course must have not started before requesting for refund. because any refund request on any course started will not be granted.
- All invoices must be paid in full prior to the release of any Sage files or digital documents.
- Money pay with coupon can not be refund, you only get your own capital
How do I use the redemption code on my coupon?
To redeem a coupon, enter the coupon's redemption code when you are paying for a course item using Paystack. Follow the steps to apply your code and complete the purchase. Only one coupon can be used per purchase.How do I redeem a coupon? Simply look for a space to enter the coupon code when you check out on course purchase. Keep in mind that you can only redeem one coupon per purchase. Just make sure: Your email address has been added to your account. The seller accepts PayPal. The course is eligible for the discount. You pay for the item within 10 days of winning it. If you don't see a place to enter your coupon when paying for your course, contact us.
To change your account name kindly login to your account, then click on profile by the top right hand corner of the site, after that navigate to setting tab from your dashboard from there you will be able to change your information, don't forget to click on save button to activate the changes.Please note that you can not change your username.

- Input your old password, enter the new password you want to be using, confirm your new password.
A mail will be sent to your registered mail for confirmation.
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
